What is included?
- Professional onsite photo shoot, usually lasting ~45 minutes
- Digital retouching all of pictures to lift shadows and enhance images
- 24-hour turn around to deliver photos, usually around 20-25 finished shots (more for large homes), from over 100 taken onsite
- Virtual Tour website with photos and full screen slideshow, including a link to download all pictures in a .zip file. View sample gallery sites
- Captions on each photo and photos arranged in a virtual walk-through format
- Use of Professional Equipment: Super wide angle lens and advanced flash equipment. Canon 7D Camera with 10-22mm Canon lens
- Delivery of both full resolution pictures and smaller pictures, optimized for online posting (MLS, Realtor.com)
- Office/Commercial/Business shoots: please contact me for a custom quote.
I can include portraits in a quote if needed (ex: Doctor's office website needing building and personnel shots)
